We’re beyond thrilled to have you join Signature Scents by Hand (SSH) as one of our Scent Ambassadors. You’re now part of one of the fastest-growing industries—and even more, part of a brand that believes fragrance is the invisible accessory that makes people smell good and feel good.

As a Scent Ambassador, you play an important role in sharing our story and connecting others to clean, handcrafted fragrances they can trust. With your creativity and voice, you’ll help spread awareness, grow our community, and represent SSH with pride.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Program Participation
This agreement outlines the terms for joining the Signature Scents by Hand Scent Ambassador Program. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the ambassador (applicant). “We” or “our” refer to Signature Scents by Hand (SSH). This is an independent contractor relationship—this agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship.

2. Duration
Your agreement begins once we accept your application and continues until either you or SSH ends it. Termination can happen at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

3. Modifications
We may update or change this agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

4. Orders
SSH is solely responsible for processing all customer orders and determining pricing. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our policies. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

5. Restrictions
Ambassadors may not promote SSH on sites or platforms that:

  • Contain sexually explicit content

  • Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

  • Violate intellectual property rights

6. Spam Policy
Spamming or sending unsolicited mass emails is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of this agreement with no payment.

7. Legal Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in Brooklyn, NY courts. You may not assign this agreement without prior written consent from SSH.

8. Acceptance
By signing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You also confirm that you are joining this program voluntarily and are not relying on any promises or guarantees outside of what is written here.
